Zinet Continental Group Of Companies Is A Second Generation Family-Owned Business Formed In 1996. The Company Was Started As A Small Transport & Logistics Company By Our Founder Retired Army General Elijah Owino Ayiemba.
Initially, Its Core Business Was Transport Of Timber And Petroleum Within The East And Central African Region. Growing In Leaps And Bounds, The Company Then Began To Invest In Other Sectors, Venturing Into Petroleum & Lubricants, Aviation, Energy, Commodity Trading, Real Estate And Hospitality.

Our Founder, Rtd Major Elijah Owino Ayiemba Is A Retired Military Officer Of The Republic Of Kenya. He Served His Country With Dignity And Passion Winning Several Accolades And Military Awards. He Is A Bronze Medalist In Athletics In The Africa Military Military Games Held In Algiers, Algeria.
He Participated In UN Backed Peace Processes In Liberia And Yugoslavia.
Our Mzee Is Peacefully Retired And Enjoying Farming In Oyugis, Homa Bay County. He Is An Avid Seventh Day Adventist And Purposes Never To Miss A Church Service.

Our CEO And President Mr Sammy Owino Is A Holder Of Bachelor Of Science Degree In Biochemistry From Kenyatta University, A Holder Of PPL Pilot Licence And Is Currently Pursuing A Degree In Law At The University Of Nairobi.
Sammy Owino Is Passionate About Education And Was Instrumental In Integrating The Maisha School Mentorship Programme As Part Of Our Company's Corporate Social Responsibility. Mr Owino Is An Avid Hiker And Enjoys Spending Time With And Supporting The Unprivileged In The Society. He Enjoys Reading And Writing And Is Currently Co-authoring A Book.
